Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Mushroom Hunt account and all associated data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Mushroom Hunt and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, spots, find journal, photos, community posts/comments/messages, friendships, notifications and support tickets are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

Some records may be retained briefly where required by law (e.g. payment records held by Apple/Google), but your personal content is removed.
